Soft ’n’ Web started in 2010, when our founder kept watching brilliant product ideas get crushed by software that didn’t ship on time, didn’t scale, and didn’t feel like anything the team would actually use themselves. We built the company to fix that. Sixteen years later we ship engineering, strategy and AI agents for founders and CTOs who care about outcomes — not deliverables, not buzzwords. Just real software that works.

We're not afraid of the unknown. Life is change, and we adapt. When we don't know something yet, we say so, then we work it out.

Every project should hand back something stronger than we found: cleaner code, clearer thinking, and a team that can run it without us.

I didn’t set out to build software. I studied Chemistry, then found computers far more interesting. I founded Soft ’n’ Web in 2010 to make products that help people. The lesson since: most companies don’t need more software, they need less chaos. So we automate first, then build around what is actually left.
